After the 27th Xmas 2019 ring dropped I'm watching with amazement at all the extremely high prices people still ask (and pay) for seasonal rings.
How can it be that after SOOO many dropped rings the prices are still so inflated?
You can hardly call seasonal rings rare anymore.
Nor do they make you any of your invested money back.
So, why do people still pay that much for a ring?
With loot 1.0 I could understand why, but with loot 2.0 I really don't.
Also I wonder, do people actually care when MA will add decay to the rings (as they stated in the rings description)?
What will happen with the price of rings when they would decay?
Sure, decay won't be added yet, because that would kill the last incentive to open boxes, so MA will wait for that until everybody is wearing one.
But long term, the rings are bound to lose their values.
So, why would I want to pay 25k for a ring that's dropping like flies???
Maybe someone can explain?
