Scourge, I believe you are mistaken.
I just recalculated with my handy dandy excel spreadsheet and www.peauction.com percentages and found the following:
Column by column you see my skills, their percentages (converted to multiplyables), the product of the percentages and skills, and below, the total sum of all of the products. Feel free to doublecheck my results, and by that I mean actually multiplying out each of the skills by current peauction.com percentages, not trusting the work to some random inventory calculator site.

Yeah, but that site for some reason lowers the %. For example, it gives ~2300% for Aim, but it's at ~3000% on peauction. Not even the the last 50 or 100 items %s are that low. That site is just wrong. Free bump anyhow.
