Hi All,
Well I'm selling my appartment. It is located at Billton Towers (Near New Oxford) with all furniture and items included. It had 2 large comfy sofas, 3 neo roof lighting, 1 gray armchair, 1 coffee table, 1 shelf unit and various items i have looted and mined. Total value of furniture and items is 400+ ped. Payed 500 ped for the appartment alone and only selling for 750ped all included. The appartment is Tower 3 Level 3 Apartment A at Billton Towers. This is a great deal!

How come you paied up 500 PED for an A appartment? Were they auctioned without a buyout by MA, or what?

500 ped was the buyout value. At Billton Towers appartments are priced at 500ped, 750ped and 1050ped. There are three different types appartments, some have a balconey ect.

The appartment is now been sold, to the very happy new owner Sonya Blade Heart. Its was a great deal and only lasted 15 minutes in game, first to see it brought it. Thanks for your time.
