Question: Selling Small Land Plot with snug plus items

If I sell a land plot with snug with items in it, do those items get sold with the plot?

If it works the same way as shops, then yes anything left in property will be. I did read a thread recently about an owner leaving an untradable item in the shop, the new owner could not change the deed management due to this item still being shop.

OK thank you for that , I guess that means it's sensible to remove all items prior to sale then.
