Been having Gold Card issues since 7/31. I sent a support case that night about the GC issues and haven't heard anything back. How can I help fund Ark HOFs, if I can't be doing my eomon mission?? Anyone know how long this usually takes?

I submitted my first support case last Thursday night, still no responses. At least give me your cut and paste bullshit, this is terrible service.

If it's malfunctioning, you could try opening up the reader and clean it, and also clean out the card. It might just work, and better then waiting for support
