There is no download so I'm not sure what you'd be looking for. MA never told us anything about changes in spawns, resource locations, drop rates and other internals of the game.

Or maybe they upgrade something on a server because of, e.g. the log4j-issue covered in world-wide media these days. I mean they surely have more stuff running than just the part that is directly linked to us playing EU.

Oh mate im looking for nothing, its just a meme . During maintenance windows IT support usually does... maintenance, but it's a but of a running gag that there still will be changes made regardless of it being a maintenance window, that do have an effect on the end user. Hence the meme.
