Buying: Shop (Prefer Twin Peaks)

I am looking to buy a twin peaks shop, just wanted to see how much people were asking. If you own a shop located somewhere else I might still want to purchase it, but I am more likely to buy one located in the Twin Peaks Mall.

Theres an emerald shop and I think a PA shop on auction ATM.... There is pretty big price spread between the 2... but the emerald is a big shop...

Shops are not my cup of tea... but the new no rent feature is nice making them a bit more attractive... just overall still not the best investment for me (yet).

An emerald shop is worth the points, a twin peaks is worth the general traffic.

It is a hard call but gl on the purchase

You can buy it in PA mall, Floor 2, #10L, inside is a shopkeeper that holds the deed.
