Shopping areas/malls?

I dunno, I want a super mega shopping mall with hundreds of player run stores...I'm tired of browsing the auctions or running all over bejeezus to find the right pair of shoes =P ever try shopping TI? you know what I mean.

How about we level Hadesheim south and build a huge shopping mall?
