If they put the limits on it like they did with the car thing, i.e. the real owner has to be online when the loaned item is rented out or whatever, I'd see nothing wrong with it. Give people a chance to safely loan out armor and weapons to those n00bs that just joined their society. Sure, they'll get a bit of decay, but who cares if it's coming back to you as soon as you log out or press the button to retrieve the item in question. For L stuff, yes, a bad idea... but for UL stuff, why the heck not?

Also, along with this, I'd love it if UL weapons would decay down to 3% instead of just 50%.

I thought they already decayed down to 3%? I have an Opalo (an UL weapon) and THAT can decay to 3%. Which weapon are you thinking of?
