I did some crunch numbers since I guess my readers wont do it for me :laugh:

From Run 1 - Run 22

Total TT looted 7443
Total TT with MU looted 9026

Total TT spent 6908 ((Finders OF-211 not included)
Total TT spent with MU 7872 (Finder OF-211 MU 110% not included)

If I had an umlimted OA-104 would I then be looking at around 900 ped more profit on these 22 runs?

Hmm, had like 8 hits on 78 bombs this run. Good thing it turned out okey :) Best thing was unlocking the OA-108 amp this run.

Very cool thread. I am enjoying reading your runs. Your last eye candy was almost a natural global. Only a few peds off. Keep up the great work.
 
Some interesting screenies there, all different areas, not something a normal miner would hof doing, I must ask whats the catch ?

If you seriously dont know how you are generating all these high deposits, then you have some very good luck there, and may it continue for a long time to come.

No bigger swings so far, nice to c.

Ty :). Quite interesting to see that I "only" had 2 real globals and 1 real hof with 46 OA-104 amps. Really shows how big gamble it is if you just buy one OA-107/08/09 and try to get lucky

Personall notes: Much better run. If I add up the 2 last runs I get an average of -86 per run. Still a high value but more acceptable. I was trying to find narc, but only got 1 hit! I did however get alot more Dianum hits that has a higher MU. Kinda felt that narc had moved up abit in the ground (Lesser depth) and so had the Dianum. My finder today was better suited to get the Dianum then the Narc. Dont know what finder I should downgrade to in the series. Would kinda like to test it. (Bah, server went down due to maintaince)
Will try to rebomb the same area after the server restarts. Will be interesting to see.

Personall notes: Okey I didnt bomb my last spot cause I wanted to check my other narc area after a server restart. When I got there after the maintance I noticed a rather special hit value pattern.

Rumors are told that after a server restart and VU you get low tt return in general. Dont think it matters in the long run though.

Yeah totally agree. That summary of run 1 - 22 a couple of posts back indicate to me that I will have to loose 400 ped more tt (from run 22) before I pass it.

On a sidenote, a friend of mine told me that she dont mine with the OA-104 since you cant hof with it. Surely this must be a ploy by the owners of Unlimted OA-103 bp´s? :laugh:
 
howcome you still use the 211? i would guess that you max the deeper finders...
 
yup i think you would do much better with a 320 or a 2k if you have the skills.

Well, if I take the Z20 for example, next finder with sib, or atleast it was some runs back. I did try it out on my narc spot. My ratio of narc decreased to 25% of total ore. Lyst represented 50% at around depth 600m, I have 500m now.

Yes, I agree in general, but it requires 2 things.
Bigger bankroll, kinda like to keep it cheap
Also ingame knowledge of mapped areas with high end ores. This I dont have atm.

On a sidenote, everybody upgrades their finders, now everybody finds gold as an example, this really gives a great markup on high end ores so now we got a really nice MU on gold neh? :rolleyes:

Naah, put the jokes aside. I use the z20 myself right now and I'm getting better ratio with that then with 211. But think the 220 is the best for me. Since I have my favourite spots with xeremite, platinum etc.
But I'm only mining for simple ore now so z20 or 105 is da shit :laugh:

And tonight I'm getting my internet back so time for some mining again...

he has no skills to use the 2k...i guess even not the tk320

@lvl32 you still dont have sib on the 2k so he is a few steps off that..

and the sib on the 320 might start@24 or the like

Yes Im way off atm to use those finders. TK120 might be maxed, havnt checked. You can find Zan with that one right?

Daron, would you recomend OA-104 if I went on a trip to cnd?
