If you want to skill scanning professions, which scanner is best? in which I mean, what scanner for skill gains?


is it better for the higher end eco or the less eco scanners for skills?

or for scanning is it just based on most scans the better?

Last time I saw some serious test on cost per skill gains the best scanner would be the ES500.

At the present day I'm not so sure, since it might depend on some factors which were covered in that test

Like: does your profession skill matter would change things, meaning for somebody who just started would the ES100 be better (I doubt it very much).
The crafted ones were never very good in terms of skill gains per cost.


Anyway skilling scanning got an huge nerfed when people stop being able to rescan over and over again the same target, so I almost sure that the tests required to be sure won't be done.

If you want to skill it do like I do
Scan the mob that you are going to kill (I use a ES400).
