Snus

Seven years ago i quitted smoking, but when i quit smoking i had a hugher problem..
Thing is, my stepson have astma so i had to quit smoking (smoked about 20-30 cigarettes per day) so i had to make a choice so i stopped with that.
BUT now i have a hugher problem and that is
SNUS - Snuff
I cant stop that because it´s so tasty (i started with snus when i was 13 years old and I am 35 soon)
Is there any1 that knows how to quit this addiction?
Or do u want to quit?
please tell me how u quitted it, or if you are struggling every minute of getting rid of this very tasty stuff?

I use e-cigarette for a month now. It's not without technical difficulties but generally I'm satisfied. If you want tasty smoke there are lots of heavy aromas Dunno if it's legal in your country tho.

there are new drugs that works great, i tried zyban and no abstinens what so ever it costs a bit ofcourse but well worth it.

Well coffe is to important to me, but snus is too expensive
I guess i spend about 50kr/2days so its 50times15 = 750 kr so its a high priced drug

Think about how many peds that could get you! EU was my cure for a gambling addiction since a casino moved in to our town about a year before I started participating in the virtual world. I suspect it can be for others with addictions too.

Basically take any excess money you have that normally would have gone towards your addiction and put it on your pedcard. That's substituting one bad habbit for another maybe, but at least EU won't give you cancer (at least not directly)

Also, take up a pricey hobby to do similar... For me, I've started getting back in to doing art. I have a BFA in Studio Art and have not really done much with it yet - so money that would normally go towards EU or gambling is now being redirected towards art... You can do similar with other hobbies to break your addiction from EU once you use EU to break your addiction from snuff.

I´m a big consumer of "general" (well switched to kronan) and i love every minute of it. But what ive been doing is cutting down in steps by just talking a few grains less everytime. Not in order to quit cause i dont want to, but make a "dosa" last at least 1,5-2 days Think this is probably a good recipe for a serious quitter along with some nico-patches and a strong will!

ye but it's a one time cost ok i dont know if it actually works for snus but it's the nicotine in the smoke it stops from giving you withdravalsymptoms so should be the same with snus i guess and it's a one time fee

Well, since i´ve "snusat" for 23years now its hard...
Maybe some day i will get cancer from it so its better quit...
