Some say you're not really playing Entropia if you don't have several support cases open, waiting for days/weeks/months for an answer from MA

I'm going on 12 days so far trying to ask some questions about Entropia Pocket compatibility. It says the case was updated yesterday but there's no reply, so maybe they put in a reply and deleted it, or maybe it was elevated to the wumbo team yesterday or something.
