The "ammo gets returned" theory

Remember that the bigger loots are also boosted with peds from fees and
so on. ;)
Why a new player hit a big isn't anything strange, since those most
probably are related to our professions progress. There are in another
word a boost for very low level professions too. ;)
Imo, there isn't one system, there are several, and when combined, you
get a really nice one.
Someone could get a 52 ped global, or a 5200, from avatars p.o.v there
is no difference, but with help of the boostsystem, the outcome is
different. It's all about being at right place, hunting right thing, at
the right time. :)

What I'm basically getting from this is that 52 ped to a new player means about as much as 5200 ped would to an experienced player. All based on peds cycled, time played, total skills and so on. So is this saying that this "boostsystem" you mentioned adds more peds onto a loot of a person who is more experienced?

Or is this saying that all you really do is hit a trigger? The trigger is the same on every global and hof (perhaps even the minis), but the amount you get in the window varies on what's going on in the system at any given time?

It's the last part yes. We build up values that will work as a lootpayout,
and if you match avatars payout with system boost, you gonna get a
better loot. Even the avatar has a boost system, comes around when
you change ranks in professions, and maybe due to other reasons too.
If you match everything perfectly, the loot gonna be really big.
There are a lot of parameters in this, avatas skills, gear, mob, position
and time. Seems a bit too complex? Could be, if it were calculated
with all parameters. Buts since you could use dynamic coding for a
lot here, the final calculating will be way easier. I think this is the reason
they say "EU is dynamic"... ;)

It was a bit easier to see this for some years ago,
Corns N of Caravan had boost the were quite often multiplied with a
certain amount, if I remember right it was 2x, 5x, 20x, and 200x.
Could be same on all mobs, not sure, since I camped Corns for over a
year. (Mostly N of Argus thou'.) :D

On the other hand, I wonder how the fees do pay the jackpots, for instance the ATHs, that come about every second day..
