i understand this as you are looking for a blp rifle with SIB ?

+5k will maybe give you one of the oldschool cb19 or in the case you find a really desperate seller, a cb21.

Handguns, well more options there since the Isis Project Zero Three is traded around +5-6k atm.

Don't forget about flamethrowers , but crappy range might as well be a pistol, or there are the SIR series long guns. Good luck on the search.

I prefer some action wep, pistol or ramge wep, but not tagger ...
there are two criteria for my:
1. dps, 30+
2. Damage/PEC should be more than 2.88 unenhanced, with respective amp

if you dont intend to hunt under water yes the flamethrower is a valid option, hard to find at that pricerange though.
