Just wandering what is the max % of items you can get back from tiering a UL item
And any tips for skilling the Tier upgrading skill?

Lvl 59 Tier Upgrader:

For tier I you will have up to 24.05% materials returned,
for tier II - up to 22.71%,
for tier III - up to 21.38%,
for tier IV - up to 20.04%
for tier V - up to 18.71%


Not too sure if that info is outdated, but gives you a picture.

If you have to ask then it is probably too expensive for you to tier up anyways. There's nothing wrong with waiting to tier up an item either. I waited almost 6 months before I actually went ahead and tiered up my armor pieces.
