hello....not easy to tell a price bec it also depends on the selller... ..but the range is about 9-13k i suppose
1) you can search also here on pcf to see what others have and offer

2) you can get a raw pricing range also on auction, if you look under orders->available

I would guess somewhere between 7-9k tbh, might get an extra 1k because of rarity..

Tiger male has been between +8.5k to +14k in the last 5-6 years. It largely depends on Tier level and timing of the sale (example, everything got more expensive in 2020-2021 during the pandemic).

So female might be a little bit cheaper, or not.. It is rarer in female afaik, so I'm not really sure what it sells for, but usually, female armor is a bit cheaper.
