Nothing special. For me price for the Shop is only quantity of item points and possibility too easy to reach from TP.
All other arguments means nothing, because:
1. Large quantity item points = rised possibility to sell something in one day
2. Easy to reach from TP = less players will be lazy to reach this Shop.
Twin Peaks Shops are similar as PA Shops or ELM Shops in price for me. These Shops are not in Twin Peaks square, so price in all malls must be very also similar.
I think reasonable price for all malls now is 50-100 PED / item point, therefore if your Shop is 150+10 item points, ths means its price is ~15K PED max.
