Lets collect some Informations about changes who was not in the Vu List

- Skill Message when healing someone else is changed into red. It looks like, you also dont gain skills from healing others anymore.

- Claim rods visible again only 50 meters

- No more visible stuff while mining like the burned area from ore probes or the drill hole from enmatter probes.

- The area south of Hadesheim Outpost Teleporter was PvP zone for a short time but it seems thats fixed now :tongue2:

- Something changed on the profession standing. It seems on low and med levels some peoples profession standing improved and on higher levels it seems it downgraded a bit. I gained for example one Profession level without doing a hit in that Vu some i know too and some high skilled ppl lose one level.

- Sweating
I can sweat mobs again with a proficent Profession standing

"Your taming attempt failed" message is gone
dont get any taming gains anymore
 
i think it is less than 50m, i dropped bomb besides claim. and got about 40m far. went there, and couldnt see claim where i dropped a bomb.
 
Drones do more damage.
 
axe 1 gives less skills but i guess thats just cause of less dmg and you can organize stuff in loot window
 
Evade seems to work better, but that might be just false impression, need a few days to confirm that.
 
At the very first swing i took at a mob I got a message I gained a new skill: Mellee damage assesment! A friend at roughly the same skill level had the same thing happening to him, so my guess:

The requirements for MDA have been dropped quite a bit.

(My LB is at 3830 atm)
 
we don't see anymore the full name using the scanner.

Yesterday I had 84% in good firestorm chip, today I can use it, and I haven't done anything ingame so I think they lowered the skill req in that chip.

It's weird, drone gen 1 used to do 8.5 damage on nemesis fully repaired. Now they do 10.5 damage.
I need som comfirmation tho, I could be bugged..

Another one:
When you heal another person it is now written in light pink writing (like the one saying "healing dimilished while moving")
Also, when you dont any more hp to heal it says "you are not wounded" in yellow writing
 
I did a small bit of hunting and usins a Jashonich AP I was able to queue one shot...... made firing much faster.

I don't see me depositing again... I'm gonna sell my stuff, and just go on a hunting spree until all my money is finished... selling skills along the way to pay for it...

Maybe its a good thing that they've added the last straw that broke the camel's back... cos I been spending way too much in here..... Well MA... you're not getting any more of my money.....

I'm gonna say I was right about the axes being too economical, and thats why they haven't been dropping anymore.

It really bugs me that MA have been constantly nerfing this game to make it more profitable for them, and more difficult for us. The only saving grace for me now is that they seem to have fixed mindforce as well.... this is the only thing that makes me not just dump all my stuff in the tt... and drop peds all over Amethera...

So, you knew the axes were "bugged", you knew they were about to do something about it, and when they do you assume they are out to instantly take all the peds from everyone and make themselves rich(er) overnight, and respond by quitting?

makes sense...
 
Deleted message (moan) - my BPS books are bugged (I have an ever changing number and type of BPS available and all my Mech Eng BPS have changed colour) - probably just a individual problem which will resolve itself with time.

The only real "nerfing" MA has done over the last 3 years that I can think of is:

1) Old change to imk2 and Mod Merc and adj m61a1 to reduce their range.
2) varrious changes to the skill system. (some nerfs, some enhancments)
3) mob increase +to hit change.
4) crafting system change.

Other stuff can easily be thought of as "nerfs" but were really just very very very slow and poorly communicated bug fixes:

1) 1X0 change
2) imk3 change

Feel free to add to these lists, I'm sure I didn't get everything, but as far as real "nerfs" go I can't think of a whole lot of nerfing going on in this game compared to some other games that are constatly being rebalanced.

Does some new stuff like armor and tools decay more? Yup. Is that a nerf? Nope, cause the old stuff is still there. Does it effect new players in greater perportions than older players? Yes. Is that fair? Subjective. Have I gone on too long, yes.

Current changes to mining are not mentioned.

It's been like that since 7.5, you just had to enable queuing in options.
 
well not whining but I'll maybe be going to have to bite the dust as well as Truantduck phrased it at... it is just too goddamn expensive, no loot, no deposits, an endless tunnel of shadowy greedness if you ask me, I will have to think this over very very carefully, so well for now it's a break, too god damn sad if you ask me, even more so as I had the next six months planned with alot of great deposits, but hey, that's life... i'll be looking around...
 
truantduck, I think they nerfed avatars when they made healing do 1/4 heal while moving.

Lets look at the others...

Running speed decreased significantly...
Skilling changes (which I personally do not have a problem with, because this suites the way I play - biggest weapons I can find, and none of this skilling nonsense).
Trapped mobs unable to give sweat.
Loot has got ridiculously low, with less and less uber items dropping.
When pressing T, you now can no longer run or talk.

i know what you mean, it would probally be easier and more worth your money to pay for a monthly payment on another MMORPG because they wont just change it to make it even harder.
now there is less to do it seems pointless.

I'm sorry but thats a load of %^!^.

MA were the ones who created the items... them saying that the extra damage is a bug is totally absurd since they were the ones that made it like this. What the bug was, was that they realized it was too economical for their pockets, and so they changed it.

I'm going to make a comparison here.. and hopefully people will see the whole picture....

Imagine you're at a casino playing roulette, and you've placed a very large bet on number 14. Just as the "no more bets" thing is quoted, you're told that the casino will only be paying out 20x and not 35x for a winning number, because the previous system was "bugged....." .... This is EXACTLY the same logic at work with MA changing the axes... THEY'RE THE ONES WHO SET THE EFFICIENCY OF THE AXE IN THE FIRST PLACE. A "BUG" is normally a little error in a program which causes problems later on... This is no "BUG" but rather a MISTAKE on the economy of a weapon.

Its not so much that they "nerfed" it, but its the attitude behind it that really bites my buttocks. That they say it was "bugged" when it was not a bug.

'closing auctions' in the CL are gone. that means that auction sites are going to be toast.

there goes trading.... how are you supposed to get an idea of what items go for?

im with mighty. i dont see myself playing much longer if this is going to be the way that things go.
