We're now waiting for Mindbank to begin operations as they will issue the cards.

So sometime around year 2011 I guess.

Well actually they have 12mths from the time the license was issued to begin operations or it can be revoked so it may be closer to mid next year.

Pretty obvious why they put a halt on the cashcard's.

I predict there return in the very distant future.
