News: Update regarding Disturbance notice for VU 17.22.3

Due to critical issues with VU 17.22.3 the servers have been rolled back to a previous version.

This may lead to certain Mission texts, items and values relating to Halloween Mayhem/TWEN content to be displayed incorrectly, this includes vendor prices.

The content is working as intended with correct values and rewards but is incorrectly displayed due to the version discrepancies.

We understand that this will result in confusing and unclear usability of certain areas of the game and we are working hard to provide a fix and correction as soon as possible, this may also include smaller additional downtimes.
