Is it just me, or did this page get an updated look. AND a new guide to the game?

Was this always there? The date on it is 2/9/2010, and I don't remember seeing it before.

The page itself looks mostly the same, except there's a link now for the Latest Release notes (unless that was there and I missed it, but I don't remember it) and the guide.

interesting... to be honest with u. i do remember see them appear on december.. but i am not sure if i am right. have to wait to see other ppl post to see if i am right or wrong. k?
