I had to try. The armor is useless enough as it is, but without a full set it really useless

put some 5b plating on and it's great against big feffoids. Of course it's also great against thorifoids. The last creature that deals cold damage is chomper, but that's only 30%, so endless you have some insane plating, it wont help you much.

So, of course it's not useless, but considering the price, it's not really worth it.

Sadly I am one of those collectors...
