Now let's just wait and see as the thread turns into 30-40 pages of people yelling at eachother as the threads like this seems to have a tendency to do

There was no one in the seats of the Kronan while it was being shot at. They pulled everyone into repairing. The fireballs the Cosmic Horrors shoot are not very fast at all. If they were targeting the ship, you'd see the fireballs trailing past the ship as it began blowing up. Mobs do NOT target a ship unless people are in the pilot, co-pilot, or gunner seats. The seats were empty, and it's very easy to tell. Having been on the Kronan and piloted it myself, I know exactly how it looks if the mobs are aggroing. The ship was not moving during this attack, so the mobs would have been at the front of the ship due to targeting the players in the seats. Because there were obviously no mobs near the front of the ship, they were obviously not attacking the ship. Therefor, the team of players had no help from the mobs in destroying the Kronan. This is all clearly obvious in the screenshot, especially if you've ever seen how it really works.

Answer: If there were any with loot, they would have shown that brag screen shot as well

At least the majority of the players were not looted because they decided not to. Why does it matter if they got loot enough to cover the ammo cost? Not everyone does it for money, you know. Not everyone is greedy.

You mean the Kronan was on a repair trip and as usually people get out of the seats when the ship is nearly destroyed so the repairers can catch up. That was when the attackers removed the little remaining SI to destroy the ship? Do I get that right? Maybe not because there are not enough mobs around for that.

That's not what I said or implied at all.

It's my understanding that the ship was not moving the entire time. You can tell by the very few mobs on the screen and the fact that NONE of them were near the front of the ship at all that they were not attacking the ship and helping destroy it. Did you read any of that or did you just take a few words and twist it? Again, look at the picture. Look how many mobs are even near the front of the ship. (none) If they had JUST got out of the seats, the mobs would still be clustered near the front of the ship, or at the very least, near the ship period. There wasn't a cluster at all, meaning the mobs were not attacking it.

If you still don't understand, then how about going up and watching how the mobs move and where while the ship is mob training for a while, then get back to me.

Dear me, you're responding very defensively for someone who wasn't involved then.

I assumed you were one of the others on the team, hard to tell as you haven't revealed your avatar name in your profile, and forum names are often quite different to avatar names.

No defensiveness involved. I was simply responding with the truth and my observations of how you read into things and ignore important details in previous posts.

That being said, I'm brand new to the forum. I'm Fox Hodges. I didn't care to make a forum account until now because I've always wanted to stay out of the nonsense and ignorant arguments, but felt it was necessary to post information about how it really works, since people wanted to ignorantly say it was the mobs that did the work. I wanted to come here and educate those who weren't aware of these facts.

I'm sure you'll acquire some intelligence over time. Oh wait, maybe not, since you don't seem to want to learn any facts before you start flaming.

Yes, they're ranged. That doesn't mean they attack from that far away. Again, go watch where the mobs go before firing before posting about it. They cluster around the front of the ship. If the ship is moving, they cluster around the back, trying to get to the front. Have you never seen this? You seem to be pulling your info out of thin air, where as I'm speaking from personal experience.

I already stated my main reason for not joining until today. Or did you purposely ignore that, too?

You also don't seem to have any idea of how many mobs the Kronan purposely trains at once. I see a few. Do you see that huge cluster of 20+ mobs? No? Oh, that's right, it's not there.
