so i buy a new pc, core i5 with windows 7 and i get this:

I think the problem is that most of us can't read what the error actually message say. Would be an idea to translate if you want help from the guys here. :)

Did you reinstall the game from scratch or just transfer it from your old HD?
 
32 bit or 64 bit? OS?
Tried run as an admin?
 
you need to redownload and install EU, there is supposed to be a lot more files in you Bin32 folder than just the client loader.
 
Is this a side by side configuration error ? If so it was related to VS 2005 update. You may need both the 32 and 64 bits fix.
 
It does consern the side by side error (I can read dutch).
And yes installing from scratch is best.
