Why do Heal chips not have enhancers?
Where are enhancers for Heal chips?

I would assume this is a gradual process of Mindforce enhancer introduction, rather than all at once approach.
Not to mention a great deal of testing would have needed to be done I'd expect, so not enough time to do all chips on this update.
Bear in mind this is a total new approach for Mindforce, maybe even MA are not sure how it will behave with various chips and skills.
It will come I'm sure in good time.
