Those Spider have been implemented for the marry mayhem event. Now this event is over and the spiders removed, glad we have the old mobs back!

If you want to hunt spiders, there is a spawn between Twins and the Rig

I have come across a few low maturity spiders in the eastern end of atrax beach over the last week or so. I assume they are spilling out form the big LA beside it.

I was globalling on them yesterday in the LA straight North of Omegaton Plenty of Young up to Guardian.

Ofc they could be killing them off now the event is a long time over so they aren't respawning which would be a huge mistake in my opinion
