Where is the tutorial about PC on signs?

I want to learn about uploading PC to signs... where is the tutorial about it please?

Look under Galleria/EU Art- it is the sticky there. However if my pics are anything to go by tho PC art is mostly not functioning at the moment, so you may not be able to make any pics currently.

Oh... I had the feeling, that PC signs are the only signs working

Nope, looks like signs are not working atm.

I guess pics set before VU10 maybe still show, but edit a sign now with a new pic and they go blank.

PC upload does not work, can't use own pics.

Awaiting response to support case, along with many other screen and sign owners, I suspect.
