I wonder why Moneta, the no1 license winner hasn`t open up for business yet. I know they have a rented sub forum on the Russian community website. Some people who post there also post here pretty often, so maybe they can shed some light into it. Or any other Russian speaking members here who can check it out and give us some info?

think i`ve used that before or google translation tool, helped a little but text is fuzzy like 50% of it

Last time I`ve checked there using google translator, they were in talks to some potential future bankmanager. I guess they`re still stuck in that phase if bank is not yet operational. Too bad russian players won`t post to give us a hint or 2. Seen lots of ppl on that forum posting here also.
