the plain east of Hadesheim E (if you can deal with merp young & mature), but it's frequently overmined.

Enmatter tt? You mean enmatters without markup?
Try Port Atlantis and the beach. Lots of oil. Swamps south Billy's are nice and around Fort Phoenix. Easy to get, usefull for tp run to Twin (better market place than PA), lots of shallow enmatters on the way.
You can also try Treasure Island for some nexus, typo, molecules and sweetstuff. This LA has no revival without tp close, so you won't get stucked.

i tried TI but didnt work for me...
more ppl say amathea then eudoria... for enmatter
Stay away from taxed places.
Look at he mining charts/maps here on EF and chose a place that got things you can find with your finder.
