Which gun&amp u use after VU? what did you stop using?

The new VU has altered the amp system so I would like to know what gun goes with what amp to obtain maximum damage,

Also Tell us how many combinations you stoped using(i.e. Opallo and a103).

1. I stopped using opallo unless hunting at PA or Fort Troy, sold my amp103
2. I use an A&P series Bravo Mentor Edition unamped... nice dmg without amp..so It works for me.
3. For emergency situations, I use the Just Mk2i, no amp, but I try not to because my skills aren't high.

share with us.... :wise:
 
I'm using mk.V and a105,a106, and I am still using it :) I stoped using opalo now though, and got myslef an mk.II for the smaller tasks that I don't need the mk.V for.
 
for small stuff i have gone to m1a with an a102 with a emik s30 as a finisher :)


for bigger mobs
stopped using mad 4 and dante - gone back to laser pistol ewe 32 for now while i look for a better gun at a reasonable price, and swaped my dante onto my ML-35
 
Well I basically smack the mobs ass with my Merc 40 + A105 then finish the remainder with still Opallo and A101. But basically still looking for replacement for opallo.
 
Stopped using:

- Opalo + A105
- MadIV + Dante
- AS147 + Dante

Now using:

- Opalo + A101

Haven't decided what to replace the other combinations with yet.
 
Still using EP-41 + A106.
Not using my trusty opalo any more for rifle skilling though :/
 
Unamped ML35 & EP40 +a104...mostly the Ep40 now, nice damage adjustment since this vu.
 
Fox Me for tagging (not amped)
Adj V1 for hitting (no amp so no problem)
Strike + Dante for close combat

EP45 + E203 for fun if I want to hear a laser instead of a BLP :)
 
Still using my 2875+105 and 104 amp, no change in my hunting stile or my weapons and still losing money all the time, so no diffrens for me at al :D

All the same as before the VU, although the MKII is a recent addition that has really cut down on my costs (was using blp for nearly everything).

Justifier MK2 .. sometimes some unamped opalo for really weak mobs :rolleyes:

after VU:
Mk2 + a104 (team hunts and solo)
oplao + a101 (for team hunts on low end mobs)
axe2x0 (only solo, always wanted to get some lb skills)
(A&P ME + a102) (never used it yet)

I love the changes and the loss on MK2 isn't that high. On lower midlvl mobs i have done pretty good. Lost about 80 PED this weekend after going through 3k PED of ammo and mostly due to really bad luck on kingfishers and big traxes...on the plus side my rilfe skills skyrocketed (there was almost no gain in skills while using opalo)
 
before: m2100+101, opalo+104, mk2+104, ep41+104, bgh4400+104

now: m2100, opalo+101, breer m2a+102, rest are the same.

Maddox4 + Beast (Auktuma gave me a real nice deal on)
M2201 (is pretty much useless to me now)

Thinking about getting me a Karma Killer to put my a204 on, if I can ever find some damn Xermite :rolleyes:
 
Before i had an uber setup :

now :

tt'ed the m2100
all kind of korss until i have no more (breer pistols are crap)
mk3+204
maddox4+dante as appartement trophy

maybe i'll take a look at breer carabine+102 for some tasks, but i definitly gave up with blp until i loot a decent new L Blp gun.
 
I still use my old FreanD Epsilon with a Dante! Extremely bad economi, but a very fun gun with a nice amp! :) I know its stupid but .....yes, but.........!?

Now I hunt with

EP-40+A104 - emergency mobs

Survival EnBlade A
FF 8000M +something - Hiryuu tag

Also, looking forward to the the Korsses and will surely buy the new BLP (L) rifles when I have some funds. Melee just got a priority but it's still not worthy enough to use it wisely.

- Adjusted Sollomate Outbacko + a102
- Ewe ep41 + A105

But anyway this VU i liked ;)

I will probobly have to cut down on my total gametime due to having much more expensive hunts, this weekend alone i lost +1000peds hunting with ML-35 + dante..

But damn i had fun :)

And fun is whats this is all about, if fun also means i get more real-life-time, due to not affording to play the game 24/7 anymore, well, maybe its a good thing then.

Hats off to Auktuma for crafting a lot of beasts and putting them on auction at reasonable prices.

I'm still VERY pissed off there is no new BLP amp that does 22 dmg to go on my Delta. Sadly my HA is fubar on laser (laser/pistol 3.8 compared to 4.7 on BLP) so I doubt I will be switching back to laser until oh... at least until I unlock Commando or something :p But surprisingly Delta/Beast isnt too bad at all, only really notice it on mobs I have to stand in front of a lot (hog mature etc).

i upgraded from solomato opal +a104 and marber echo, to

solomato tasmo me, +a103 and marber echo +104 :D

Breer M1a main weapon

I had the Breer lying in storage for ages after a mad impulse buy, my HA is 9.5, but damage still sucks, looking for a reasonably priced 102 to mate to it.
