Is the youngest most skilled player in EU? I mean this in the fact without borrowing money from parents and all self funded. Also any impact from items

I've been curious about this for a while, there seem to be a buncha other people like me that play even though the game is targeted at older age groups
Any ideas?
As for me i have ~60k skills with a couple nice items such as a nice tant master coat, longu shades, and by Tuesday a nice A105 to go with my Korss 400 Current age: 15
Yea, sucks, takes forever to skills up without massive deposits :l (though will rise faster after this depo for 105, will be a decent sized one for me...and for those of you wondering.....Yea, i had an older person make my account when i was 11 )
