WoF 2010: Team Canada

Damn, I missed another friday hunt. Not doing so well so far am I? :laugh:

I've been having cpu overheating problems for quite a while now, and finally got around to ordering a new cooler. It finally arrived friday, and I decided to install it that evening when I got home. Who knew it would take over 5 hours, including interruptions? :silly2:

So I missed the hunt, and when I did get the thing fired up I was being very cautious in case it decided to be a pain in the ass and start melting or something lol.

I did really want to join in, I even had a few peds to rub together for a nice size hunt too =). Ah well. Now that things have started to improve for me, I definitely plan to attend the next one. No temp alarms ringing now, I'm delirious with joy! :yay:
 
Another Friday Night

Hey all ... it's that time again! There is another Friday night TGWN fun hunt.

Let's all meet up at Tukar tp at 9:00 p.m. EST / 6 p.m. PST.

Proterons seem to be the best mobs so far.... unless there is a vote for another mob... we can decide then.

We'll seeing as it's never too late to join I'd like to sign up for support or if theres a slot on main team (If I'm lucky :)) since I should be free for the 13th-14th weekend.

Hello Team Canada.

Firstly, good luck for Stage 2: Heavy Metal. There's never been an all-bot Stage this early in the Tournament before, so for the first time all the teams get to show off their Bot-Slaying abilities.


Secondly:

To cope with demand on the day there will be some extra robots around.

Supplementary Warrior/Drone Spawn:
North of Boreas/South of East Scylla Mountains (Around 74000 70100)

Extra spawns for the Main Team:
East of Osere (around 7900 7200)

Second Entities/Miner Bots will remain as they are. The recently placed Low-level Eviscerators (crater) will remain.

Sorry for being so late with this information; a week of no internet hasn't helped. All teams will have this notice posted in their team threads, please pass on the information to all your members. The Judges will be able to remind you of the locations and details.

Hi, there has been some positive discussion with Land Owners, and as a result, the 8 and 7 point mobs are due to be changed. On recieving confirmation I will tell all teams in their threads, by wednesday (two days time) AT THE LATEST.


I am terribly sorry to anyone frustrated by the confusion, try running a major international event on 53kb/s

Unless I missed a PM, and I don't think I have... Canada has not requested a time slot for Stage 3.2
