First Timers Beacon Event - Clearing Up the Robot Trash

Sorry ppl, he forced me to let him in the team.

Now perhaps if tin foil didn't come wrapped around a cardboard tube he wouldn't have had the implement he used on me to make me let him in.

My only hope now is that the ship doesn't explode early as fo0f seems to have deep routed problems with explosions.


PS: BUMP for the last few places and we can choose a date for this intergalactic mayhem.

Oh, this sounds interesting indeed, and I know for sure you're a quite cool bunch. :D I think I meet the requirements, never been on a beacon before and I can get hold of the equipment required for it.

Let's see, I have:

Full Shogun
Breer M3a
Vivo T10

Is it enough? :scratch2: I can post my skills as well if that equipment suffices.

How many times have you seen the tags "free", "beacon mission", "beer" and "cheeseporn" (OMG!!! what kind of stuff does the mission involve? :eek:) together in a single thread? :yay:
 
Interest being expressed in one of the remaining seats so potentially only ONE place left to fill.

I can't believe someone out there doesn't want to try the experience of a Beacon Mission for FREE and to have the opportunity to watch the bot destroying machine we call Rockchick in action.

Most likely date for the Beacon will be Saturday 31st January. If there are no further takers by 23:59 MA time tomorrow Wednesday we'll run with what we have and will fill the remaining places with some other folk who've expressed and interest but aren't Beacon virgins.

People who have already signed up will be PM'd on Thursday morning (MA time) so we can finalise details and date.

(will likely use rascal/6A's, an amped Justifier mk2 with amped M2722 for backup, and EK-2500 & FAP 35)

Final reminder - registration for the last place on the mission closes 23:59 MA tonight.
 
Ok, I regret to say I won't be able to make it to the beacon run. Reason is I'm not a beacon virgin anymore... :( My own soc organized one to celebrate one of our member's Coolness unlock, and I got invited. Of course I'm still interested, but you'll probably give priority to someone else. Again, sorry again, but I thought the beacon was going to happen AFTER yours.

I guess that's good news and bad news, good you've done a beacon, bad that it wasn't a TDO one :D

Date for mission is set as 31st Jan, I have sent PMs to all first timers.

That's pretty much the only requirement, so welcome aboard :)

Please PM me you agility level so we can try and pre-plan who loots on what level on the run back down.
