Mindark pls Help!!!!

I am restarting a New thread, as opposed to using an old existing one. I wish to ask people in the community who know "pierre reg aegis", to drop him a message on my behalf, to get hold of me in-game A.S.A.P. I wish to talk to him privatelly and resolve this issue pls.:ahh: I have tried to find him and another person had sent him a message. I could have responded on Facebook, but my latest FB-30 day ban, is still in effect for the next 5 days. :yup:

I am easy to find and hang out a lot in PA-Neverdie Bank.

Good luck... I do not know how many times I've said this during my time in PE/EU but... ffs start paying attention in auction.... There is even a confirmation window when bidding... that's two things you have to surpass to make the misstake, first of all place the bid second of all confirm the bid...


also, making threads like this chasing the owner of the auction is getting a bit pointy fingery... pointing at some one else for a misstake that one does and then if he doesnt pay you back for your misstake, he is the donkeys a**...

no, i wouldnt blame him if he kept it. don't get me wrong, I'd have given the money back if it was my auction because it is the right thing to do, but I wouldn't blame some one if they kept my money after a misstake I made myself...

I dont like the way you try and stir a pot of feases to make more stink. I dont like the way you like to impede fixing a wrong or a mistake. I never asked people to blame "him" or to philosophise the matter into twisting it to feed evil-feelings. ( Wondering what would LangeTobias personal stake or reward be in me losing the 20K?) Would that provide enough sattisfaction to quell the wickedness? I sincerelly doubt it. Do you hate just because you like it or cant you help yourself? What pleasure exactly does it provide you and what does that say about you?

Is it realy wrong to make a wrong right? Should I be utterly condemned for being human and making mistakes and why? Is LangeTobias realy that perfect and impecable to judge and condemn? I did not ask you or anyone else whether you should or would blame reg. This is NOT what this is about. Please stop twisting things to fit your neferious agenda.

Just asking community for a helping hand. if you dont want to help, shut-up and be about your own bussiness buttercup!!

This has happened many times before. MA have sort of fixed the issue for both parties somehow. Send a supportcase and hope for the best. You may want to compensate the seller and make an offer he cant refuse.

A support case has been lodged, the moment this happened, and they have the same pic also uploaded. I prefer if Pierre and myself resolve this matter, and I have already stated that I will compensate him generously, for his honesty and decency, to resolve this, in another thread. But in order for me to make him the offer direct, He needs to get in touch with me ingame. :wise:
 
Repeat: you can send mail to anyone.

  • open Message Center (top left corner of your screen)
  • click Create new message. (button at the top left corner of the Message Center panel)
  • choose Mail (not Sticky Note :))
  • click Add recipient to this message (small + button above the subject line)
  • type the name
  • click Search on server
  • select from a list of one (if you typed the correct name)
  • proceed to write your message

you need to make new support case saying you was very drunk (you was right?) and ask them to lock the guys account until he pays you. give them the link above and they will do it. remember yoy have to say you was vety drunk

What did the situation look like in the past?

This time the auction don't have a buyout so MA might not be able to do much here (I do hope he gets his peds back ofc!)

Yes Saph, I also think that Mindark Support handles each case individually, on a case-by-case basis. That would make sense as they are client focused. :wise:

The only thing for me to do is: 1. - Go Public ( Done on PCF.)
2. - Submit a support Case ( Done immedieatelly when mistake was made ingame.)
3. - Send seller a message ( Done. Ingame by me and Leeloo on my behalf on E.L.)

Now I can also just hope that Pierre is a decent kinda fellow with a concience. I can hope that he has good-willed friends who would nudge him on to do the right thing.

Finally...patience. I will ofc relate back here on this thread, what the outcome of this was.

I am a optimist. And I believe in this community of Entropians. It is awesome people like this, that make the Virtual Universe what it is. It is up to all of us, what we make of our virtual society and life. For the most part, great people, great experiences! :yay:

someone made an auction mistake and wrote a support case to MA.
MA blocked the account of the seller and talked to him. just after they had an agreement the account was unblocked. the seller received a "finders fee" but wasnt allowed to say how high. it was all very suspicious what happened there.
best thing is the one who had the problem was a known exploiter and bug user who shouldve been banned a loong time ago
 
I just had an interesting conversation with somebody ingame. ( Cant say who). But I was told in no uncertain terms that "pierre reg aegis" is an "ALT". Frankly I dont even know what that means, but it just dont sound kosher at all. :scratch2:

Its against EULA but if someone register account under his mother, brother, grandma etc then i dont think MA can do anything

Uhm...Having lodged a support-case the moment it happened, they are oblidged to act and intervene, as platform-host. Its kinda logical. :confused:
 
One hour to go on auction. No response from MA. No response from "pierre reg aegis". In light of a platform that is so unsafe for personal money, I also weigh in the ballance this matter, to decide NOT to make any large investments on this game. I have also messaged the broker to make this point very clear. I dont care if some creepy named player comes forward and challenges me whether I have the money or not. Its enough that I know and Mindark knows, and I realy dont have to prove it to anyone else. Nobody in the world walks around and shows strangers their bank balance on public social media sites. Noboby actually hits an ATH without spending at least double the ammount won beforehand. I can ofc only speak for myself.

the funny thing is these kinds of things usually happen to people who are drunk or stoned or both. when you go into a casino like that and lose your shirt you know its your own fault. but here they try to blame someone else...

If my words throughout didnt make it clear to you , I honestly dont know what will. I could say walk a day in my shoes, but we both know that aint gonna happen.

I do have to agree with guarana about this. But i also don't joy your loss.

When handling that much money you do have to be careful.
Same as crossing the street.
It's the most normal thing in the world, but it can kill you if you don't do it right.
But, I bet you still keep crossing streets, even though you know the risk.

The same applies to the auctioneer.

I know. I have learned a dear lesson for sure. You are absolutelly right. I dont actually blame anyone except myself for this and I had made this much clear in this thread. ( even tho some are somehow desperate to turn this in some petty matter.) Your point made is absolutelly valid. I can always trust wizz to bring things right down to earth and bring sober clarity on matters. I may not like it. But it sure does hit hard and hits home.

Well, Ive made my auction mistake as well. For me it was "just" an 800 ped mistake, but at that time it did hurt as well ;)

And we're far from unique in this matter.

It did teach me to be extremely careful before accepting anything in this game. Be it in auction or in private trade.

I know the risks, same as with crossing the street ;)

I just don't want you to quit over this, so I hope to put it a bit in perspective.
