Not if they are stuck at segna trying to get to the tp and a complete noob with no tp chip. Pking once is ok. Continuing to keep that person in the same location killing them over and over near the tp is harrassment and is definitely against the agreement.

They do regulate drops for sure. Same as they regulate crits. Each server will give off so many items and crits in certain time frames.

As far as I remember the pk count get's lost if you disconnect. So not possible from a crash unless that has been changed. Also you only get 1 count per person. If you kill them multiple times they still only count once. So any extra killing of the same person will not count and can be...

Weird. I know that some mobs sometimes become invisible to the client, although you would have seen damage messages if that were the case here.
