Not sure if this is a achievement or not, but I just had to try
Was a succeed at first try.
I dident took any screenie of the tier upgrade window with ingredients, but I put all in TT and the TT value was 42,62 peds, including the second gun that had 9,61 ped TT.
And I got skill in aim upgrading,LOL
