Harder to get 99k normal and 4 rares for BP70 than getting 108k normal and 2 rares for BP110, so taking one from vendor and selling it less than a BP110 would sell is not make sense to me.
BP110 T0 price i used to see is usually 180k, so i would say its the same for T0 BP70 too.

Todays market i say T0 is about 350k to 375k
