I thought Marco said it would get postponed because the tp chip was reintroduced early, I thought it was end of the month so another 1 1/2 weeks to go.

According to the latest info they are brought back today with the latest update. Haven't had a chance to go in and check yet, though.

Yep, they are back... but quite a few problems...
Apartment basement Booths still don't work, lighting is very low from lamps if you have quality cranked up in options, but is higher if you lower quality of the rendering. Not sure if that will be fixed... Doors don't work in apartments but you can still go in them. Televator look neater since the glowing electric blue light in them takes up less space.
