Help: Black Screenshots.

Hello fellow entropians,

There have been several occasions now that i had to make a screenshot,
but unfortunaly all my attempts seem to fail.

Every time i make a screenie and try to paste it in Paint or Photoshop,
i keep getting black results.

Here's some usefull info:
Im playing entropia on maximum settings, everything on max.
also my video graphics card is an ATI 5850.

I hope to get a response soon, i'd love to make a screenie of my own character
for promotion of my trading service.
