FYI: Blueprint Color Bug - VERY ANNOYING

For a very long time blueprint books have been bugged in ways that are very irritating - the colors come across simply as gray. It seems to do with the "Shading Quality" setting. On Low the colors work, on anything higher they don't.
Arkadian book colors work just fine. Please find out how Arkadia made it work and fix it.
