At some point in the future i'd be interested in owning a booth. Haven't seen to many for sale and the ones I have seen seem reasonably high price. So I was wondering.

What is the current value of a booth?

But last sold for 4k and was in Omegaton, quite far from tp...

It depends on where it is, It's safe to say they are 3-5.5K depending on location
