Yes, I was just wondering how big the change of CoS is when you first get the skill?

Talking about low level BPs, 1-3.

Would appreciate an answer

afaik, (and especially for lvl's I-III) bpc doesnt affect CoS. why? because you cn max out lvl III bp's just by getting high qr on them.

so for lower lvl bp's, in terms of cos, bpc makes no difference.... i dont know about higher lvl's as i havent tried them.

Just unlocking BPC doesn't make any big changes. You have to increase your BPC lvl to see some changes.

I got like 260 in BPC atm and I still don't see any big differences in the Success Rate on any BP... Perhaps if I could take 2k lvl of BPC, I would see something
