Is 1 Bump per 24 hours allowed or I am allowed to send 1 bump within 24 hours to multiple Threads?

The rule that you're referring to is:

3.10 - Bumping of Threads
Bumping of threads is only permitted ONCE in any 24 hour period, and only if the thread has been pushed to the second page of a forum (using default viewing settings). This rule applies especially for the Trading forums. Bumping of threads by friends is NOT permitted at any time.

To answer your specific question:

• You can bump more than one of your own threads.
• You cannot bump other people's threads. (See Forum Rule 5.5 concerning posts permitted in Trading threads.)
• Your bump must be at least 24hrs since your last bump in the thread.
• The thread must have been pushed to at least the 2nd page of the section in which it is in.

Hence, I am allowed more than 2 bumps on 2 different threads within 24 hours?

If you have two different threads, you can bump each of them once every 24hrs.
