What if the player dies or something happens to him, or want to retire from the games due to old age. Is there an in-game way to transfer his account to the person he wishes to leave all of his properties? Was this issue discussed before in some other thread?

Pretty sure you just need to contact MA with right documents. I think if one dies, the character is inherited to your kids or whatever/whomever you choose to inherent your stuff. Think they just need to contact MA in that case, with like proof of death and ID for both parties etc. Shouldn't be a problem I'm sure
