Cannot activate my account!

I make my inscription and created my account but i didnt receive my validation mail
I already tried to REsend my E mail of activation but nothing
"Account could not be reactivated"
Please some1 tell me what to do

might i suggest waiting? sometimes the verification process can take several days, from other posts that i've seen in the past
