Cant Create a Password

For some reason i keep getting the "Atleats (yeh.. big typo on their part) 3 groups of a-z, A-Z, 0-9" Message
Im Getting frustrated around the 1004th Time of trying to enter a password and im about ready to just say !^%# it, this sucks..
Please, give me an example of a password so i can enter this thing right and get to playing

what i dont get is ppl wanna throw the monitor out the window and not the computer itself.... i mean, the monitor didnt do jack squat and its gonna get the punisment the computer itself should get... just aint right man...
