Cayuze TP has disappeared

On Planet Calypso, it's possible to select Cayuze as a teleport destinationi, but the teleporter itself is invisible. The blue dot appears on the radar, but there is no teleporter in place. The only way out is to fly.

This appears to have occurred with VU 17.23, and restarting EU does not fix it.

Steps to reproduce:

• On Calypso, select Cayuze as a destination from the teleporter list
• TP into Cayuze
• Try and find the teleporter that corresponds with the blue dot on the radar.
