Interesting... 
This gun was originally offered to me for TT+11.25k (i guess ~tier 2.8-2.9 at the time) a few weeks ago and I had the peds ready after 1week to purchase. I was under the assumption a trade was going to take place after the migration as stated in PMs. More would of been paid for the additional tier as well if it had been offered.
I guess greed got the best of this seller...
