channels - new #shopping and #mall - #shop and #shops seem private

#shop and #shops are taken and private, if you happen to have made these, and didn't know they start private...

you can /set #shop public. (/set (channel) {public or private})

I went ahead and started #shopping and #mall and set those to public, for people who own shops, and of course any curious shoppers.

Didnt even think of using the new chat system to promote shops.. but I love it, really nice idea. Hopefully the active shop owners can spread the word about their shops to an audience. Ill open up both those channels and check em out
